We recognize that your wedding is more than a single day, so Raquel and her team will plan up up to 4 events/gatherings (including the wedding) during your wedding week to create an unforgettable celebration.

Price is quoted based on the scope of the wedding after an initial consultation, may range from $20,000 - $40,000+. Intended for weddings with a budget of $200,000+

A list of our top vendors and venues will be supplied to you upon the beginning of the planning process. We plan and schedule all appointments including tastings with chefs, consultations with photographers and musicians. Raquel will offer guidance on selecting the best vendors for you. Leverage Raquel’s seven years of experience and service as she offers guidance on selecting the best vendors for you.

GUEST CONCIERGE SERVICES

Wherever the destination, we assist with transportation logistics and provide guidance on hotels and resorts that best fit your wedding style. We assist with elevated experiences that utilize our expertise and knowledge including wine tastings, spa bookings, restaurant reservations, air charter, transportation, airport transfer, hotel recommendations and booking, local activities and many more.

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

Unlimited phone calls and or in-person meetings throughout the planning process. We will guide you through the planning process from start to finish with our industry knowledge, expertise, and partnerships. Vision board creation of your wedding design with an initial meeting and questionnaire to understand and realize the unique look and feel of your wedding.


THE ESSENTIAL

Work with a ROQUE Coordinator to ensure your vision, your style and your personality all come to life in a sophisticated and elegant wedding that fits your dreams and budget perfectly. Envisioned for couples seeking assistance with the direction and management of their rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Price is quoted based on the scope of the wedding after an initial consultation, may range from $4,000 - $6,000.

PARTIAL PLANNING

VENDOR GUIDANCE

A list of our top vendors and venues will be supplied to you upon the beginning of the planning process. Leverage your ROQUE Coordinator’s experience and service as we offer guidance on selecting the best vendors for you. The client will handle all communication and appointments with vendors.

ORGANIZATION + PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Essential includes 4 meetings with you to cover the following:

1st Meeting: Walk you through our detailed wedding questionnaire to fully understand all aspects of your direction and vision of your wedding. Provide you with vendor introductions.

2nd Meeting: We will finalize key vendors and place your rental and linen order based on your choices selected either online or in person. We will manage and coordinate transportation and hotel room blocks.

3rd Meeting: Final design consultation including producing a minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day, floor plan and seating chart creation.

4th Meeting: Rehearsal a day prior to your wedding. Review all details of your wedding - ensuring all custom pieces, personal items and gifts are distributed and collected prior to your wedding,

OPTIONAL ADD-ON

You have the option to add Unlimited Consultation via email and telephone at a rate of $300.00 per month from the date of signing the contract. If you add the Unlimited Consultation Option, your coordinator will attend the catering and menu selection meeting complimentary.

You will also a receive bonus design consultation at a local rental company to ensure your vision is executed seamlessly.


THE BASIC

Receive professional insight and guidance on all aspects of your wedding at important milestones during the planning process. This package is for the couple who has already booked the venue and key vendors, but needs someone to manage all of the details so you can enjoy your special day.

Price is quoted based on the scope of the wedding after an initial consultation, may range from $1,500 - $2,500.

MILESTONE PLANNING

ORGANIZATION + PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Stay on track and enjoy the process to ensure seamless execution through monthly checklists. The Basic includes 3 meetings with you to cover the following:

1st Meeting: Review all the vendor contracts provided by you and produce a minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day.

2nd Meeting: Final design consultation with all vendors secured. Floor plan and seating chart creation.

3rd Meeting: Rehearsal a day prior to your wedding. Review all details of your wedding - ensuring all custom pieces, personal items and gifts are distributed and collected prior to your wedding.

VENDOR GUIDANCE

Utilize ROQUE’s connections to get the insider’s scoop on the best vendors. A list of our top vendors and venues will be supplied to you upon the beginning of the planning process. Your ROQUE Coordinator will carefully curate a list of suggested vendors for you. You will be responsible for all communication and appointments with vendors.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON

For a one-time fee of $300, your ROQUE Coordinator will place your linen and rental orders based on the selection that you desire. Allow us to ensure quantity, design and a seamless ordering process. Any additional guest count changes that reflect the rental order will be handled by the client.
